Returns
Wes Otis offers a 14-day return policy for faulty or misdescribed items. Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be confirmed as faulty or misdescribed. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact miles@wesotis.com. If approved, return instructions and a shipping label will be provided. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Orders should be inspected upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact Wes Otis promptly so the issue can be assessed and resolved.
Returns are not accepted on sale items.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, confirmation will be provided. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
